Requirements

Full Time

  • Valid nail technician license in the state of Vermont

  • Proven experience as a nail technician

  • Strong knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of professionalism and client confidentiality

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend appropriate treatments

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the nail station and work area

  • Stay updated with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques

  • Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend home care routines

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations

  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training in specialized nail services (e.g., nail artistry, gel extensions)

  • Previous experience working in a spa or beauty salon setting
