Requirements

Full Time

  • Valid massage therapy license in the state of Vermont

  • Proven experience as a massage therapist

  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, modalities, and products

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of professionalism and client confidentiality

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of massage services, including therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty treatments

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments

  • Stay updated with the latest massage techniques, products, and industry trends

  • Educate clients on aftercare and self-care routines to enhance their well-being

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment room and work area

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized care

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or additional training in specialized massage techniques (e.g., hot stone, deep tissue, prenatal)

  • Previous experience working in a spa or wellness setting
