Blush Vermont is seeking a talented and experienced hair stylist to join our team. As a hair stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in cutting, styling, and coloring, creating personalized looks for our clients.

Requirements

Full Time

  • Valid cosmetology license in the state of Vermont

  • Proven experience as a Hairstylist

  • Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of professionalism and client confidentiality

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair services

  • Stay updated with the latest hair trends, products, and techniques

  • Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend home care routines

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the hair station and work area

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations

  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or additional training in advanced hair techniques (e.g., balayage, extensions)

  • Previous experience working in a salon or beauty industry setting
