Requirements

Full Time

  • Valid Esthetician license in the state of Vermont

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician

  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of professionalism and client confidentiality

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and other specialized services

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized skincare regimens

  • Educate clients on proper skin care techniques and product usage

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and work areas

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and advanced skin care techniques

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and personalized recommendations

  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training in specialized skincare treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels)

  • Previous experience working in a spa or beauty salon setting
